# My Food Chain Story

Every living thing needs food: plants make their own food using sunlight, water, and air, and animals get food by eating plants or other animals.

**Pick one animal from your neighbourhood or a Canadian environment you know. Draw and write a food chain showing what it eats and what might eat it ([Skills](https://goa-cc-uat-aili-app-001.azurewebsites.net/explore/node/36341)).**

### Where to start:

- What might eat your animal?
- Can you draw arrows showing who eats whom? Remember, arrows point from the food to the eater, showing how energy flows from one living thing to the next.
